Dr. Wallace Lages
Principal Investigator
I am an Assistant Professor in the College of Arts Media and Design (Art+Design) and the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern. I have a PhD in human-computer interaction from Virginia Tech, advised by Dr. Doug Bowman, and a MS in Computer Science from UFMG. Co-founder of Ilusis Interactive Graphics (no longer operational).

Esha is now pursuing a graduate degree at the University of Southern California and working as a software engineer at LucasFilm.

Eric worked on research of multi-user AR storytelling and is now VP Lead of Engagement at Community Foundation Boulder County.

Minh is worked on design and construction of VR haptic devices.

Anjali Sapra
Computer Science BS
Anjali worked on different AR projects and was a leader for Hokienauts 2021. She is now a software engineer at Microsoft.

Emily Imamov
Creative Technologies BA
Emily worked on 3D art and level design for Eidolon. She works as a 3D generalist in Seattle.

Samat Imamov
Computer Science BS
Sam has investigated glanceability in augmented reality interfaces and was a team leader of VT SUITS team, Hokienauts (2019 and 2020). He is now a software engineer at Microsoft.

Armi Behezad, MFA
Creative Technologies MFA
Armi studied how slow technology and multi-sensory interaction can be used to combat technostress.
She is now a PhD student at SFU.

Daniel Monzel

Daniel has contributed to some of our glanceable interface research.
He is now a technical artist at Serenity Forge.
